We will inform you of the relevant costs in advance and will help you with making payments.
When and how to pay:
All our fees are payable in Pound Sterling (GBP).
It is our normal practice to receive 100% of the Fixed Fee upon receiving your instructions. Any money taken in advance of work done will be paid into a separate bank account that we operate as a client account. Once part of the services have been rendered, for example, application form had been drafted and documents collated, 50% of the fee you paid will become due to us, and will be transferred from client account into our business account. The balance will become due to us once the application is submitted / appeal sent etc. (whichever services you instructed us to provide) and the funds will be transferred to the company’s business account.
Payments are due within 10 calendar days from the date invoice is issued (sent to you to your email address or posted to the address we have for you on our file).
If an invoice remains unpaid in full or in part, without you having made a payment arrangement with us, then we reserve the right to withdraw our services to you in future until the debt is paid.
It is your duty to inform us on change of your actual or postal address in advance in writing and the Company will not be held liable for loss of correspondence or receipt of the correspondence by any non-authorized person if sent to the address we hold for you on our file.
If payment is not made in-time, we will charge you interest at 10% per annum from the date invoice became due. Interest is charged on a daily basis. If you have a query in respect of any bill sent to you then you should contact straight away.
You can pay our fee either with a cheque or a banker’s draft made payable to ‘MS Visas and Immigration Ltd.’, or by making your payment directly into our bank account. Should you wish to pay into our account please contact us for our bank account details.
You can pay the fee in cash at our reception however this will involve a surcharge of 2% on top of the fee, to cover bank fees and admin costs.
Should an unforeseen complexity arise or where due to the specifics of your case it would involve more complex or additional work, we will inform you of this in advance, before carrying any additional work for you.
